Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to your barber, we kindly ask you to please give us proper notice so we are able to accommodate another client. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please give us at least 5 hours notice of cancellation, for the owner , Aaron please give him 14 hours of notice. .
Failure to cancel appointment will be deemed a No Show and will be charged 100% of selected service.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours of appointment, or 14 hours with the owner Aaron, you will be charged 50% of selected service.
All No Shows will be required to pre-pay for future appointments until all debts have been cleared.
Late Policy
Arriving on time is important for us to ensure we complete your service with quality & satisfaction. We reccomend you coming in 10 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to adequately complete any service if a client arrives more than 8 minutes late.
A grace period of 8 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays.
Any late appointments after 8 minutes will be required to reschedule & charged 100% of selected service.
