  • Please give at least 5 hours notice of cancellation.
  • For owner Aaron: please give 14 hours notice.
  • Cancellations under 5 hours: charged 50% of selected service.
  • No-shows charged 100% of selected service.
  • All no-shows must pre-pay for future appointments until debts are cleared.

Late Policy

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.
  • A grace period of 8 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays.
  • Arrivals more than 8 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged 100% of service.
